S.O. 436(E).—In pursuance of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the following declaration containing the names of the candidate.; elected to fill the seats in the Council of States of certain members who have retired on the 2nd April, 1974, on the expiration of their terms of office arc published for general information:—
