NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th August l975
S.O. 439(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956 (31 of 1956), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R. B. Pradhan, Managing Director of the Life Insurance Corporation of India, as Chairman of the said Corporation in addition to his duties as Managing Director, on a temporary basis, vice Shri K. R. Puri, appointed as Governor, Reserve Bank of India.
