New Delhi , the 21st August 1975
S. O. 441 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Seeds Act , 1966 (544 of 1966) , the Central Government , after consultaconsultation with the Central Seeds Committee being of opinionpinion that it is necessary and expedient to regulate the quality of the kinds of seeds specified in column ( 1 ) of the Table below to bebe sold for the purposes of agriculture , hereby declares the said kinds of seeds to be notified kinds for the purposes of the said Act in respect of the areas specified in the corresponding entry in column (2 ) of the said Table .

नई दिल्ली, 21 अगस्त, 1975
का० श्रा० 441 ( अ) बीज श्रधिनियम, 1966 ( 1966 का 54 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय बीज समिति से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् अपनी यह राय होने पर कि कृषि के प्रयोजनों के लिए बेचे जाने वाले , नीचे की स. रणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में विनिदिष्ट बोजों की किस्मोंकी क्वालिटी को विनियमित करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है , बीजों की उवत किस्मों को , उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों की बाबत उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए अधिसूचित किस्में घोषित करती है ।
