G.S.R. 457 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All Indla Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , read with sub - rule ( 2) , of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre ) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Himachal Pradesh , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Sixteenth Amendment Regulations, 1975 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette,
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955 , for the heading " H.P. " and the entries occurring thereunder , the following shall be substituted , namely :--

सा ० का ० ति० 457 ( अ ) - भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप नियम ( 2 ) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 कर 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार, हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श से , भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्ः--
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) सोलहवां संशोधन , विनियम 1975 है ।
( 2 ) ये सरकारी राजपत्न पत्र में उन के प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन) विनियम,1955 को प्रनुसूची में "हिमाचल प्रदेश " शीर्षक और उसके नीचे आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: --

विशेत्र ध्यान दीजिए -हिमाचल प्रदेश संवर्ग की कुल प्राधिककृत पद संख्या जैसा कि उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में दिया गया है , उस के गठन तथा उसकी पद संख्या को संगोत्रित किए जाने से पूर्व 90 थी ।

1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) Fourteenth Amendment Rules , 1975 .
( 2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2 , In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules , 1954-
( a) In 'Schedule - III - Posts carrying pay above the time scale In the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments' in the Table for the entry "Himachal Pradesh " occurring in the first column and the corresponding entries in the second and third columns , the following shall be substituted , namely : --
"Himachal Pradesh Chief Secretary to Government-Rs . 3,500.
Financial Commissioner -Rs . 3,000 .
Divisional Commissioner-Rs . 2,500-125/ 2-2,750 .
Agricultural Production Commissioner-Rs . 2,500-25/2- 2,750 .
Commissioner and Secretary to Government- Rs . 2,500- 125/2-2,750 . "
(b) In ' Schedule III - B - Posts carrying pay in the senior scale of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments ( Including posts carrying special pay in addition to pay in the time scale) " , in the Table, for the entry " Himachal Pradesh" occurring in the first column and the corresponding entries in the second column , the following shall be substituted , namely:-

२१० फा ० मि० 458 ( प्र ) . भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम , 1954 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवायें अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार के प्ररामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम , 1954 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) चौहदवां संशोधन नियम, 1975 है ।
( 2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में उन के प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम 1954 में--
( क ) " अनुसूच' IIIक में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा में समय वेतनमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पद " सारणी में " हिमाचल प्रदेश " के पहने कालम में उल्लिखित प्रविष्टियों तथा दूसरे और तीसरे कालमों में दी गई तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा , अर्थात्:-

2500-125 / 2-2750 रु ० "हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार के मुख्य सचिव वित्त आयुक्त प्रमण्डल आयुक्त

( ख ) " अनुसूची- III ख में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान वाले पद ( जिनमें समय वेतनमान में वेतन के अतिरिक्त विशेष वेतन त्राले पद भी शामिल हैं ) " साररणी में "हिमाचल प्रदेश " के पहले कालम में उल्लिखित प्रविष्टि तथा दूसरे कालम में दी गई तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
