CENTRAL EXCISES

New Delhi, the 26th August 1975

G.S.R. 467(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (!) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Revenue and Insurance), Mo. 50/67-CE, dated the 1st April, 1967, namely.—

In the said notification the following Explanation shall be added at the end, namely :—

"Explanation.—In this notification, the expression 'tyre' includes all types of tyres whether pneumatic, cushioned or solid." [No. 189/75.] N. OBHRAI, Under Secy.
