ORDER

New Delhi, the 25th August 1975

S.O. 446(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Com- modities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Centra) Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Aluminium (Control) Order, 1970, namely:—

1. (1) This Order may be called the Aluminium (Control) Fourth Amendment Order, 1975.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2. In the Aluminium (Control) Order, 1970 in sub-clause (1) of clause 4B, for the words "by such other officer or authority", the words "by such authority or person" shall be substituted.
