SUBJECT .-Import Policy far Registered Exporters for 1975-76—Supply of indigenous materials

at international price.

No. 90-ITC(PN)/75.—Attention is invited to the import policy for Registered Exporters as contained in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book—Volume II) for the period April 1975—March 1976, published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 21-ITC(PN)/75 dated the 7th April, 1975.

2. The following amendments may be made at the appropriate places indicated below :—

This will be subject lo the condi- tion thut if the exporter himself is not a recognised spinner ol Nylon Yarn, the imported caprolactum shall be given to a recognised spinner for conversion into yarn on exporter's account."
