EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 26th August 1975
S.O. 449(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Export (Control) Order, ]96S, namely :—•
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Eighteenth Amendment Order, 1975.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, the following proviso shall be added after clause 11(l)(c) :—
"Provided that the wild life (dead or alive, or part thereof or produce therefrom) specified in Part 'A' of Schedule I shall not be treated as constituting such personal baggage."
