S.O. 459(E).—ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Employees State Insurance (Amendment) Act, 1975, (38 of 1975), the Central Government hereby appoints the first day of September, 1975, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 to 7 (both inclusive) and section 9 of the said Act shall come into force.
