G.S.R. 480(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Sec- tion 33 of the I n d ia Ports Act, 1908 (15 of 1908), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments, with effect from the day following the expira- tion of sixty days from the date of publication of this order in the official Gazette in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing), No. G.S.R. 390(E) dated the 7th July, 1975, namely:—
In the Schedule to the said notification, in column 1, for the entry "country craft carrying ore only" against item 4, the entry "Country craft, tugs, launches and barges carrying ore only" shall be substituted.
