NOTIFICATION
New Delhi the 3rd September 1975.
G.S.R. 481 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 (15 of 1908), the Central Government, after consulting the Mormugao Port Trust, hereby exempts the following classes of vessels entering the Port of Mormugao from payment of port dues with effect from the 6th Sep- tember, 1975 to 3rd November, 1975 namely:—
1. Tuga
2. Launches carrying ore only.
3. Barges
