NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th September 1975
S.O. 471(E).—In pursuance of Clause 3 of the Tractors (Distribution and Sale) Control Order, 1971, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Heavy Industry No. S.O. 364(E) dated the 14th June 1974, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri V. P. Gupta, Under Secretary, Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies, Department of Heavy Industry, Government of India, as a Controller for the purposes of the said Order and assigns to him the functions of Controller under the provisions of the said Order in respect of tractors manufactured in India.
