New Delhi, the 5th September 1975
S.O. 476 (E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of paragraph 2 of the Electrical Cables and Wires Control Order, 1970 and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies, F. No. 11/43/69-El. Ind. dated the 22nd May, 1975, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri G. Ramanathan, Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies .(Department of Industrial Development) as controller for the purpose of the said clause.
