No. 602/ 2/ 70 - DBK, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , dated the 25th25th August , 1971) , the Central Government hereby maket the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/DRA PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 :-

No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 68 / 75 . In the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK /PN - 64/75 dated the 20th August , 1975 , published in Part I , Section ( i ) of the Gazette of India (Extra- ordinary) dated the 20th August , 1975, the Central Government hereby makes the following correction .
The following shall be added at the end of Public Notice . "This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of June, 1975."

सं ० प्रतिश्रवायगो/सा ० सू०-68 / 75 .-- भारत के राजपत्न, ( श्रसाधारण ) , तारीख 20 अगस्त, 1975 के भाग ( 1 ) खंड 1 में प्रकाशित सा ० सू० सं ० सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/सा ० सू० 64/75 दिनांक 20 अगस्त, 1975 में केन्द्रीय सरकार एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
सार्वजनिक सूचना के अन्त में निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जायगा ।
"यह सार्वजनिक सूचना जून , 1975 के प्रथम दिन से लागू हुई मानी जायगी । "
No. DRAWBACK /PN - 69 / 75 .--In Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 22 / 73 dated the lat June, 1973 and Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 26 / 74 dated the 1st June , 1974 published in part I , Section ( 1 ) of the Gazette of India (Extraordinary ) , dated the 1st June, 1973 and 1st June , 1974 respectively , the Central Government hereby makes the following corrections in the table published therein ;-
For the existing item ( b ) under column ' Rate of Drawback against sub - serial No. 3824 , the following shall be substituted , namely:-
"(b) the drawback at the rate admissible under sub- serial No. 3618 in respect of tin plate container and under sub - serial No. 3631 in respect of steel drums and the drawback at the appropriate rate , if any , in respect of any other material of which the container is made . "

उप - क्रमांक 3824 के सामने ' प्रतिअदायगी की दर ' स्तम्भ के अन्तर्गत प्रवर्तमान मद (ख ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा, अर्थात्ः-
" ( ख ) टिन प्लेट के श्राधान- पान्त्रों के संबंध में उप-क्रमांक 3618 के अन्तर्गत और इस्पात के ड्रम के संबंध में उपक्रमांक 3631 के अन्तर्गत प्रतिश्रदायगी की स्वीकार्य दर और जिस सामग्री से आधानपात्र बना हो, उस सामग्री के संबंध में समुचित दर पर , यदि कोई हो, प्रतिअदायगी । "

For the existing item (b ) under Column ' Rate of Draback ' against sub - serial No. 3848 , the following shall be substituted , namely: -

उप- क्रमांक 3848 के सामने 'प्रति श्रदायगी की दर' स्तम्भ के अन्तर्गत प्रवतभान मद ( ख ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा , अर्थात:-
