ORDER

New Delhi, the 12th September 1975

S.O. 509(E)/18AA/IDRA/75.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies No. S.O. 482(E)/18AA/IDRA/75 dated the 8th September, 1975, namely:—

In the said Order, in the second paragraph, for the words "the Industrial Recon- struction Corporation of India Limited" the words and letters "Shri M. K. Modwel" shall be substituted.
