NOTIFICATION

CENTRAL EXCISES

New Delhi, the 15th September 1975

G.S.R. 493(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government: hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 108/74-Central Excises, dated the 20th June, 1974, namely:—

In the Table annexed to the said notification, in Column (3),—

(i) against Serial Number 1, for the entry "Rupees three hundred and thirty-five", the entry ''Rupees two hundred and sixty-five", shall be substituted;

(ii) against Serial Number 2, for the entry "Rupees one hundred and thirty-five", the entry ''Rupees one hundred", shall be substituted;

(iii) against Serial No. 3, for the entry "Rupees one hundred and fifty-five", the entry ''Rupees one hundred and fifteen", shall be substituted.
