ORDER
New Delhi, the 15th September 1975
S.O. 513(E)/15/IDRA 75,—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 551(E)/l5/IDRA/73 dated the 17th October, 1973, namely:—
In the said Older, for the last paragraph, the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely:—
"The above body shall submit its report to the Central Government before the 31st of October, 1975."
