G.S.R. 494(E)—The following Order made by the President is published for general in- formation :—
THE DELIMITATION OF COUNCIL CONSTITUENCIES (BIHAR) AMENDMENT ORDER. 1975
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Representation of the People Act., 1950 (43 of 1950), the President, after consulting the Election Commission, is pleased to make the following Order further to amend the Delimitation of Council Constituencies (Bihar) Order, 1951, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Delimitation of Council Constituencies (Bihar) Amend- ment Order, 1975.
2. In the Delimination of Council Constituencies (Bihar) Order, 1951,—
(a) for the Table below paragraph 2, the following Table shall be substituted, namely :—
