NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th September 1975

G.S.R. 496(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 175 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines, Department of Steel, No. G.S.R. 390(E) dated the 13th September, 1974 the Central Government hereby nominates Shri H. Bhaya, Chairman, Board of Management, Indian Iron and Steel Company Limited, as the Chairman of the annual general meeting of the Indian Iion and Steel Company Limited to be held on the 19th September. 1975 and such other date or dates to which the said meeting may be adjourned.
