NOTIFICATION
Calcutta, the 20th September 1975
S.O. 527(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause 11 of the Jute (Licensing and Control) Order, 1961, 1, S. N, Chakravartee, Jute Commissioner, hereby direct that the powers vested in me by Sub-Clauses (a), (b) and (c) of Clause 11 of the above order shall be exercised also by the following officials of the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh until further orders:—
1. Senior Joint Director of Agriculture (Cotton), Office of the Director of Agri- culture, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
2. Deputy Director of Agriculture, Srikakulam 3. Deputy Director of Agriculture, Guntur. 4. Project Officer, I.A.D.P., West Godavari District
Explanation.—Each of the above officials shall exercise the said powers within the respective territorial jurisdiction as notified by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
