New Delhi, the 23rd September 1975

S. O. 560(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 13B of the representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission hereby designates a consultation with the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, the Officer of Government spe- fied in column 2 of the Table below as the Electoral Registration Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Jammu and Kashmir as determined by the Delimitation Commission its Notification No. 282/J&K/75., dated 28 June, 1975, and as specified in column 1 of the said Table against such Officer.
