2. The following amerdmerts shall be made at the appropriate places in the Import Tisde Control Policy Red Book ( Vol.I ) for the period April 1975 - March 1976 .

of the units on the basis indicated in para 48 above works out to less than Rs . 10,000/ - and the sponsoring authorities consider that the issue of licences on the basis of entitlement (for value below Rs , 10,000/ - ) would render their production uneconomic ard will create genuine difficulty . In the case of proposed units , this value limit in respect of half- yearly applications will be Rs . 5,000/ - ."
The following revised entry shall be deemed to have been substituted :
308 Section V, Appendix 46 Item No. 4- special grade PVC resin (for manufacture of PVC separators only ) .
"PVC resin used in the manufacture of battery separators will be licensed to actual user borne on the books of the DGTD on a restrictes basis , on the recommendations of the DGTD.d

नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 26 सितम्बर , 1975 विषय -अप्रैल, 1975 - मार्च, 1976 लाइमैस अवधि के लिए आयात नीति । सं० 101 -प्राई ० टी० सी० ( पो० एन० )/ 75.-अप्रैल , 1975 -मार्च, 1976 अषधि के लिए ग्रायात व्यापार नियंत्रण नीति रेड बुक ( वा ० 1 ) में यथा निहित आयात नीति की ओर ध्यान दिलाया जाता है ।
अप्रैल , 1975-मार्च , 1976 अवधि के लिए आयात व्यापार नियंत्रण नीति रेडवृक (वा ० 1 ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन उपयुक्त स्थानों पर किए जाएंगे: --

खंड । कंडिका 48 के नीचे निम्नलिखित कंडिका 48 ए को जोड़ा गया समझा जाए:--
" 48- ए प्रायोजक प्राधिकारियों को उन मामलों में अधिक से अधिक 10,000 रुपय मूल्य के लिए लाइसेंस के लिए सिफारिश करने की स्वतंत्रता होगी जिनमे एककों की हकदारी उपर्युक्त कडिका 48 मे संकेतिन आधार पर 10,000 रुपये से कम की होती है और प्रायोजक प्राधिकारी समझते हैं कि हकदारी के आधार पर ( 10,000 रुपये मूल्य से कम) लाइसेंसों का निर्गमन उनके उत्पादन को अलाभकर बना देगा और इससे वास्तविक कठिनाइयां पैदा हो जाएंगी । प्रस्तावित एककों के मामले में अर्ध वार्षिक आवेदनपत्रों के लिए यह मूल्य सीमा 5000 रुपये होगी ।" THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY
