ORDER

New Delhi, the 26th September 1975

S.O. 539(E)/18A/lDRA/75.--ln exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 13(E), dated the 3rd January, 1974, namely:—

In the said Order, for serial No. 4 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely :—

"4. Shri M. M. Lal, Consultant, National Industrial Development Corporation, Yashwant Place. Channkyapuri. New Delhi."
