FOREIGN TRAVEL TAX
New Delhi, the 29th September 1975
G.S.R. 512(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 46 of the Finance (No., 2) Act, 1971 (32 of 1971), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance. (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No. G.S.R. 12(E)(2/FTT/72—F. No. 306/1/71-FTT/CX9), dated the 3rd January, 1972, namely :—
In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, against S. No. 3, in Column (3) for the figures "15" the figures "12½" shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 1975.
