EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT . Scheme for exports under O.G.L. 3 of Indian Cotton Millmade textiles including readymade garments and made - ups but excluding 'India Items' , for export to the U.S.A. during the Quota Year 1st October , 1975 to 30th September , 1976 .
No. 40 - ETC ( PN ) /75.- The Scheme relates to the export of all the 64 ICTA categories of cotton millmade textiles including readymade garments and made- ups but excluding 'India Items ' , from India to the U.S.A. for the quota year 1st October , 1975 to 30th September , 1976.
2. For the purpose of quota allotment , the shipment period will be divided into two six - monthly periods , te . from 1st October , 1975 to 31st March , 1976 and 1st April , 1976 to 30th September , 1976 .
3. Exports will be allowed from any port in India .
4. Quotas for shipment during the period from 1st October , 1975 to 30th Sep- tember , 1976 will be allotted against individual shipments , by the Cotton Tex- tiles Export Promotion Council "Bombay . or its authorised upcountry represen- tatives at the port of New Delhi , Calcutta , Madras , Cochin , Ahmedabad , Indore
