ORDER
New Delhi, the 6th October 1975
S.O. 595 (E).—In, exercise of the powers conferred by section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Motor Cars (Distribution and Sale) Control Order, 1959, namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Motor Cars (Distribution and Sale) Control (Second Amendment) Order, 1975.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Clauses 7A and 8 of the Motor Cars (Distribution and Sale) Control Order, 1959 shall be omitted.
