NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th October 1975

G.S.R. 520(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 165/72-Central Excises, dated the 10th July, 1972, namely:—

In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "9th October, 1975", the figures, letters and word "9th October, 1976" shall be substituted. [No. 216/75-CE/F.
