NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th October 1975
S.O. S99(E)—-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Equal Remuneration Ordinance, 1975 (12 of 1975), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of October, 1975, as the date on which the provisions of the said Ordinance shall come into force in respect of employments in plantations to which the provisions of the Plantations Labour Act, 1951 (69 of 1951) apply.
