ORDER

New Delhi, the 16th October 1975

8.0. 600(E).—In pursuance of subsection (1) of section 3, read with clause (f) of sub- section (2) thereof, of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) and clause 4C of the Aluminium (Control) Order, 1970, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines) No. S.O. 357(E) dated the 15th July, 1975, namely:—

In the said order for the expression "55(fifty five) per cent", the expression "50 (fifty) per cent" shall be substituted.
