ORDER
New Delhi, the 11th October 1973
G.S.R. 523(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (1) and (2) of article 371 D of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following Order to amend the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Andhra Pradesh 'Educational "institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Amendment Order, 1975.
2 In paragraph 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), in the 'Explanation, for clause (iii), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:—
"(iii) in reckoning the consecutive academic years during which a candidate has studied ,-
(a) any period of interruption of his study by reason of his failure to pass any
