NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th October 1975
S.O. 601(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Cabinet Secretariat (Department of Personnel), No. 375/31/71-AVD(III)(S.O. 3863), dated the 16th October, 1971, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 16th October, 1971, namely:—
In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "by the 30th September, 1975", the words, figures and letters, "by the 15th Novem- ber, 1975" shall be substituted.
