NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18/1 October 1975
G.S.R. 531(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints Hon'ble Mr. Justice V. D. Misra, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Avad Behari Rohtgi and Hon'ble Mr. Justice H. L. Anand, Judges of the Delhi High Court, to the Advisory Board constituted under the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No. G.S.R. 156(F.), dated the 21st March, 1975 vice Hon'ble Mr. Justice Jagjit Singh, Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. N. Shankar and Hon'ble Mr. Justice V, S. Deshpandc, and makes the following amendments in the said notification, namely:—
In the first paragraph of the said notification, for the portion commencing with the words "Advisory Board consisting of' and ending with the words "its Chairman" the following shall be substituted, namely:—-
"Advisory Board consisting of—
1. Hon'ble Mr. Justice V. D. Misra, Judge of the Delhi High Court,
2. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Avad Behari Rohtgi, Judge of the Delhi High Courl,
