No. DRAWBACK / PN - 76 / 75 .---Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52 /F . No 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Cen- tral Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK / PN-- , dated the 15th October , 1971 :-
For sub - serial No. 4603 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted :-

Rs. 5.53 (Rupees five and paise fifty three only) per kg . of Aluminium content .
Provided no rebate of Central Excise duty paid under item 27 of the Central Excise Tariff has been claimed or obtained under Central Excise Rules , 1944 or the export is not made under Bond in respect of Central Excise duty payable under the aforesaid tariff item.
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of October , 1975 .

सं ० प्रतिप्रवायगी/पी ० एन०-76/ 75.--सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क प्रतिश्रदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्त्र, असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधि- सूचना सं ० 52 /फा ० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र० अ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/ पी० एन०-1, दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्- द्वारा, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है
उप- क्रमांक 4603 और तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा :-

एल्यूमीनियम अन्तर्वस्तु के प्रति कि ०ग्रा ० पर 5.53 रुनये ( केवल पांच रुपये और तिरपन पैसे)
परन्तु यह तब जब कि केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क टैरिफ की मद 27 के अधीन अदा किये गये केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क में छूट का , केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क नियमावली , 1944 के अन्तर्गत दावा नहीं किया गया हो अथवा प्राप्त नहीं किया गया हो अथवा टैरिफ की उपर्युक्त मद के अन्तर्गत देय केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क के संबंध में बन्ध -पत्र के अधीन निर्यात नही किया गया हो ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना अवतूबर , 1975 के 15वे दिन को लागू हुई समझी जायगी ।

सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी पो ० एन०-77/ 75 . मीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्प दन शुल्क प्रति- अदायगी नियमावली , 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्र , श्रसाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशिन अधिसूचना सं ० 52 /फा ० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र ० अ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/पी० एन०-1 , दिनाक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतदद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
