S.O. 607 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 114 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1068 (45 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellane- ous Matters) Rules, 1968, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called Gold Control (Forms Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Amendment Rules, 1975.
(2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 1976. 2. In rule 11 of the Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Rules, 1968 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), In sub-rule (1) In clause (b), the letters and figures "G.S. 10" shall be omitted,
3. In rule 12 of the said rules, in sub-rule (1), in Note 3 after clause (viii), the letters and figures "G.S. 10", shall be omitted.
4. In rule 13 of the said rules,
(a) in proviso to sub-rule (1), the words "or to a certified goldsmith" shall be omitted;
(b) after sub-rule (5), the following sub-rules shall toe inserted, namely:— "(6) Separate voucher books shall be maintained in respect of receipts and issues.
(7) The voucher referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be preserved for a period of not less than 5 years immediately following the close of the year to which it relates." 5. In the Appendix to the said rules,
(a) Form G.S. 10 shall be omitted; (b) for Forms G.S. 11 and G.S. 12, the following forms shall be substituted, namely:—
