S U B J E C T—i m p o rt of Fresh Fruits, all sorts, excluding coconuts, cashewnuts and dates [S. No. 2 1 ( a ) ( i ) / I V] from Afghanistan from 1st April, 1975 to 31st March, 1976.
No. 11l-ITC(PN)/75.—Attention is invited to the Ministry of Commerce, Public Notice No 91-lTC(PN)/75, dated the 6th September, 1975, on the above subject, read with Ministry of Commerce, Public Notice No. 94-ITC(PN)/75, dated the 12th September, 1975. pertaining to trade with Afghanistan.
2 In accordance with the aforesaid Public Notices, the importers are required to produce the relevant shipping bills certified by the customs authorities and bills of lading as evidence of exports. On a review of the position, it has been decided that the ship- ping bills to be produced, for this purpose, should be duly authenticated by the customs to the effect that the goods have been "shipped in full"
