EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 25th October 1975
SUBJECT.—(1) Bonafide Personal Baggage of a passenger going out of India to placet other than Pakistan.
(2) Baggage Concession to passenger proceeding to Pakistan.
No. 47-ETC(PN)/75.—Reference Appendix 10 of the Export Trade Control Handbook of Policy and Procedure, 1974, relating to export of Bonafide Personal Baggage.
2. It has been decided that following paragraph shall be added as a sub paragraph after the existing opening paragraph in (1) Bonafide Personal baggage of a passenger going out of India to places other than Pakistan:—
"The Wild Life (dead or alive or part thereof or produce therefrom) specified in Part 'A' of Schedule I to the Exports Control Order, 1968, shall not bo treated as constituting such personal baggage".
" 3. It has also been decided that the following paragraph shall be added as opening paragraph in (2) Baggage concessions to passengers proceeding to Pakistan:—
^ 20 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PAST I—SEC 1]4. It has been further decided that in supercession of Public Notice No. 34-ETC(PN)/ 74, dated the 20th September, 1974, the 'Note' appearing after item No. A(ii) and fi (17) shall be deleted.
