SUBJECT. Import Policy for the licensing period April, 1975-March , 1976: Last date for submission of applications by Actual Users .
No. 112- ITC ( PN ) /75.-Attention is invited to the Import Trade Control Policy , Red Book (Vol. I ) , for the licensing period April , 1975 March , 1975 , in terms of which last dates for submission of applications for grant of licences for import of raw materials ( including iron and steel items ) and components by ' select ' and ' non- select ' Industries under the automatic as well as the supplementary licensing schemes have been prescribed .
2. On a review of the position , it has been decided to extend the last date for submissionssion of applications by allby all categories of industrial actual users ( existing ) , viz . , DGTD units , small scale units , non - DGTD andand non - SSI units under the auto- matic as well as the supplementary licensing schemes , upto 31st December , 1975 . In the case of specialised requirements of newspaper establishments / associated presses also , the last date , viz . 31st August, 1975 , for submission of applications as indicated in Appendix 8 to the Red Book ( Vol . I ) for 1975-76 , will be deemed to have been extended upto 31st December , 1975. No application from the above cate- gories of importers will be entertained after the 31st December , 1975 , and applica- tions , if any , received after that date will be summarily rejected .

3. In the case of applications for grant of licences for spare parts, the last date for submission of applications has alreadyeady been extended upto 31st December , 1975 , vide Ministry of Commerce , Public Notice No. 84 - ITC ( PN ) / 75 , dated the 8th August , 1975 , and applications received upto that date only will be considered by the licensing authorities .
4. In the case of applications for assessment of capacity in respect of stainless steel by small scale units , the last date for receipt of applications will continue to be the 31st October , 1975 , as prescribed in the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 84 - ITC ( PN ) / 75 , dated the 8th August , 1975 .
5. In the case of actual users , other than those covered by the preceding para- graphs , the last dates prescribed for the submission of applications in the ITC policy (Red Book- Volume I ) for April, 1975-March , 1976 , will remain unaltered .

विषयः-अप्रैल , 1975 मार्च, 1975 लाइसेंस अवधि के लिए आयात नीति -वारतविष उपयोक्ताओं द्वारा आवेदनपत्रों को भेजने की अंतिम तिथि ।
सं ० 112 - प्राई ० हो ० सी० पी ० एन० ) / 75.-अप्रैल, 1975 मार्च , 1976' लाइसेंस अवधि के लिए आयात व्यापार नियंलण नीति रेड बुक ( वा०- 1 ) की और ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है जिसके अनुसार आटोमेटिक एवं पूरक लाइसेंस योजना के अन्तर्गत ' चुने हुए ' और गैर - चुने हुए ' उद्योगों द्वारा कच्चे माल ( लोहा तथा इस्पात मदों सहित ) तथा संघटकों के श्रयात के लिए लाइसेंस स्वीकृत करने के लिए आवेदन -पत्त्रों को भेजने के लिए अंतिम तिथि निर्धारित की गई है ।
2. स्थिति की पुनरीक्षा करने पर, यह निश्चय किया गया है कि आटोमेटिक एवं पूरक लाइसेंस योजना के अन्तर्गत औद्योगिक वास्तविक उपयोक्ताओं की सभी श्रेणियां ( विद्यमान ) अर्थात् महानिदेशक तकनीकी विकास एकक , लघु पैमाने एकक , महानिदेशक तकनीकी विकास से इतर एवं लघु पमाने उद्योगों से इतर एककों द्वारा आवेदनपत्तनों को भेजने की अंतिम तिथि को बढ़ा कर 31 दिसम्बर , 1975 तक फर दिय जाए । समाचार संस्थ ओं /सहयोगी मुद्रणालयों की विशिष्टिकृत श्रावश्यकताओं के मामले में भी, 1975-76 के लिए रेड बुक (वा०--1 ) के लिए परिशिष्ट 8 में संकेतित आवेदन -पत्रों को भेजने की अंतिम तिथि अर्थात् 31 अगस्त को , 31 दिसम्बर , 1975 तक बढ़ाया गया समझा जाए । आयातकों की उक्त श्रेणियों द्वारा 31 दिसम्बर , 1975 के बाद भेजे जाने वाले किसी आवेदन -पत्त्र पर विचार नष्हीं किया जाएगा और यदि उक्त तिथि के बाद इस प्रकार के आवेदन पत्न प्राप्त होते है तो उन्हें सरसरी तौर पर अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा ।
3. फालतू पुर्जों के लिए लाइसेंस स्वीकृत करने के लिए आवेदनपत्त्रों के मामले में , आवेदनपत्त्र को भेजने के लिए अंतिम तिथि पहले से ही बढ़ा कर 31 दिसम्बर , 1975 तक करदी गई है देखे बाणिज्य की सार्वजनिक सूचना संख्या: 84 आईटी सी (पीएन ) / 75 , दिनांक 8 अगस्त, 1975 और उस तिि तक प्राप्त आवेदनपत्नों पर ही लाइसेंस प्राधिकारियों द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा ।

4. लघु पैमाने एककों द्वारा जंगावरोधी इरपात के संबंध में क्षमता के निर्धारण के लिए आवेदन - पत्त्रों के मामले में , वाणिज्य मंत्रालय की सार्वजनिक सूचना संख्या: 84- आई ०टी०सी० ( पीएन ) / 75 , दिनांक 8 , अगस्त, 1975 में तथा निर्धारित आवेदनपत्रों को प्राप्त करने के लिए अंतिम तिथि 31 अक्तूबर , 1975 ही रहेगी ।
5. उपर्युक्त कंडिकाओं के अन्तर्गत आने वालों से भिन्न वास्तविक उपयोक्ताओं के मामले में अप्रैल , 1975-मार्च, 1976 के लिए श्रायात व्यापार नियंत्रण नीति ( रेड बुक वा ० 1 ) में आवेदनपत्त्रों को भेजने के लिए निर्धारित अंतिम तिथि ज्यों की त्यों रहेगी ।
