ORDER
New Delhi, the 31st October 1975
S.O. 623(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section. 5 of the Gold (Control) Act. 1968, (45 of 1968). I, M. G. Abrol, the Administrator, hereby direct that every licensed dealer, refiner or other person, who lends or advances money on the hypothecation, pledge, mortgage or charge of any article or ornament, or both, and who is required by section 16 of the said Act to make a declaration, shall maintain slips, containing the following particulars, which, should be attached to the hypothecated, pledged, mortgaged or charged ornaments or articles or kept in the packet or bag or other receptacle containing the said ornaments or articles, namely :—
(1) Date of pawning.
(2) Name and full address of pawnee.
(3) Number, description and weight of ornaments or articles.

S.O. 624(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 114 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Gold Control (Forms. Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Rules, 1968, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Mat- ters) Second Amendment Rules, 1975,
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette,
2. In the Appendix to the Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Rules, 1968,
(a) In the Schedule to Form G.S. 6, for serial numbers 12 and 13, the following serial numbers shall be substituted, namely :
"12. Are- you a wholesale dealer in standard gold or ornaments?
13, Quantity of ornaments and articles sold to persons, other than licensed dealers, during the preceding 12 months ending on 31st October.";
(b) in the ^ehedule to Form G.S. SA, for serisl numbers 11, 12 and 13, the fol- lowing serial numbers shall be substituted, namely :—
"11, Are you a whole-sale dealer in standard gold or ornaments?
12, Quantity of ornaments and articles sold during the preceding 12 months ending on 31st October—
(a) to persons outside India or to tourists against payment in foreign exchange,
(b) to persons, other than licensed dealers.".

SEO. 3(ii)] THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAOEDINARY 2387S.O. 625(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 114 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of,1963)t the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Rules, 1968, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Third Amendment Rules, 1975.
(2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 1976.
2. In the Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Rules, 1968 (herein- after referred to as the said rules) to sub-rule (1) of rule 4, the following proviso shall be added, namely :—
"Provided that where any person who lends or advances money on the hypotheca- tion, pledge, mortgagr, or charge of any article or. qrnairiept, or both, the further declaration referred to in sub-section (4) or sub-section (7), as the case may be, of section 16 shall be in Form No. G.S. 3A".

3. In the Appendix to the said rules,
(a) after the Form No. G.S. 3, the following form shall be inserted, namely :—
