ORDER
New Delhi, the 31st October 1975
S.O. 633(E)/18FB/IDRA/75—Whereas by the order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 200(E)/18FB/IDRA/73, dated the 5th April, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) declared that the operation of all or any of the contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, or other instruments in force immediately before the publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette to which the Industrial undertaking known as the Refractory Plant near Ramgarh in Hazaribagh District in the State of Bihar belonging to Messrs Assam Sillimanite Limited is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking, shall remain suspended upto the 30th June. 1973 and all rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended upto the 30th June, 1973;
24P6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-^5EC. 3(ii)] And whereas the Central Government if irtisfled that the duration of the said Order ihould be extended further upto the 31st Otfober, 1976;Now, therefore, in exercise of the powpr" conferred by sub-section (1), read with sub- section (2), of section J8FB at H* Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 195J), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order upto the 31st October, 197$.
