NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th November 1975
S.O. 644(E).—-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (2) of Clause 10 of the Imports (Control) Order, 1955, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India In the Ministry of Commerce No. 12/66 dated the 10th November, 1966 (as amended by notification No. 10/67, dated the 4th August, 1967, notification No. 4/69 dated the 31st March, 1969, Notification dated the 26th June, 1972 and notification dated the 13th September, 1973) constituting the authorities for the purpose of hearing appeals against the action taken under clause 8 or 8A of the said order, namely:—
In the said notification, in item (iii) for the words "Secretary (Internal Trade) and two Joint Secretaries to the Government of India and Director (Vigilance), in the Ministry of Commerce", the words "Secretary, two Joint Secretaries and the Chief Vigiliance Officer, In the Ministry of Commerce" shall be substituted.
