SUBJECT.—Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the period April 1975—March 1976.
No. 116-ITC(PN}/75.—Attention is invited to the import policy for Registered Ex- porters as contained in Red Book (Volume II) for the period April 1975—March 1976 published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No 21-ITC(PN)/75, dated the 7th April, 1975.
2. On a review of the position it has been decided that the import of acrylic plastic sheets/acrylic sheets/off-cuts permitted in column 4 against S. Nos A. 171,2, C. 25, C. 28 1, C 29,1 and C. 30 in Section II of the aforesaid Red Book shall be subject to a value restriction of 25 per cent within the admissible replenishment
