EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT.—Price Schedules showing F.A.S./F.O.B. prices of different varieties, grades
and qualities of mica and other conditions applicable to their export.
No. 48-ETC(PN)/75.—Attention is invited to the Public Notice No. 31-ETC(PN)/75 dated the 15th July, 1975, on the subject mentioned above.
2. Annexure 'G' to the above said Public Notice shall be substituted by the follow- ing :—
"Shipment of fabricated mica ie. cut mica blocks and condenser films accurately gauged, cut plates, punched backing plates or backers, punched bridges, spacers trimmers, transister plates, or transister pads, washers and discs and all varieties of mica cut or punched to specified shapes and sizes will remain free from the stipulation regarding opening of 100 per cent irrevocable letter of credit. Macanite, built-up mica, mica tapes, mica cloth, mica silk mica paper, mica folium will also continue to be free from above stipulations".
