EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 11th November 1975
S.O. 649(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Export (Control) Order, namely :—
1. This Order may be called Exports (Control) Twenty-ninth Amendment Order, 1975. 2, In the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, in O.G.L. 3 against item No. 8 in column 4, condition 2 shall be deleted.
