G.S.R 555(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 33 of the Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1973 (No, 26 of 1973) and in supersession of the notification of the Government in the Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines) No. G.S.R 313(E), dated the 12th June, 1973, the Central Government hereby directs that all the powers exercisable by it under the said Act may also be exercised by Lieutenant General K S Garewal, Chairman, Coal India Limited, Calcutta
