ORDERS
New Delhi, the 12th November 1975
S.O. 650(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the. following Order further to amend the Paper (Conservation and Regulation of Use) Order, 1974, namely :—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Paper (Conservation and Regulation of Use) Second Amendment Order, 1975.
(2) It shall come into force at once. 2. In the Paper (Conservation and Regulation of Use) Order, 1974, after clause 4, the following clause shall be inserted, namely :—
2458 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(H)3S.O. 651(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 5 of the Paper (Conserva- tion and Regulation of Use) Order, 1974, the Central Government hereby exempts the printing of advertisement or propoganda material, calendars, diaries Hnd invitation or greeting cards from the operation of the provisions of clauso 3 of the said Order for a period up to and inclusive of the 31st March, 1976.
