ORDER
New Delhi, the \4th November 1975
S.O. 653(E)/18AA/IDRA/75.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. M. R. Subbaram, Director (Vanaspati), in the Directorate of Sugar and Vanaspati, Department of Food, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, as a member of the Board of Management constituted under the said section to take over the management of the Amritsar Oil Works, Amritsar, vice Shri F. G. T. Menezes who has since relinquished charge of office on supernnuation, and makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 542(E)/18AA/IDRA/74. dated the 13th September, 1974 namely :—
