IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the \Sth November, 1975
S. O. 655(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Imports (Control) Order, 1955, namely :—
1. This order may be called the Imports (Control) fifth amendment order, 1975.
2. In the Imports (Control) Order, 1955, in Clause 11 (2)(bXii) the existing value limit shall bo raised from one thousand rupees to two thousand rupees.
