NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th November, 1975
S.O. 636(E).-In pursuance of the provisions of flection 21 of the Representation, of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby designates, in consultation with the Government of West Bengal,the officer of Government specified in column 2 of the Table below as the Returning Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the State of West Bengal, as determined by the Delimitation Commission in its Order No. 45 read with its notification. No. 282/WB/75 dated the 30th June, 1975, and as specified in column 1 of the said Table against such officer of Government:—
