ORDER

New Delhi, the 24th November 1975

S.O. 675(E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 726(E), dated the 27th November, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) declared that (a) the enactments or portions thereof, as the case may be, specified in the Schedule of the said Order shall not apply to the under- taking known as Messrs Ganesh Flour Mills Company Limited (hereinafter refer- red to as the said undertaking), and (b) the operation of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instru- ments in force (other than' those relating to secured liabilities to banks and finan- cial institutions), to which the said undertaking is a party, or which may be applicable to it immediately before the date of publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette, and all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accru- ing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended upto the 26th November. 1973:

And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 707(E), IDRA/73, dated the 22nd Novem- ber, 1973, the duration of the said Order was extended upto the 26th Novem- ber, 1974;

And whereas by the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O, 673(E)/18FB/IDRA/H dated the 25th November, 1974, the duration of the said Order was further extended upto the 26th November. 1975; (2509) "5IO THE GAZEITE OF INDIA EXTRAORDlNARY [FART II—SKC. 3UU." And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the Bald Order should be extended by another one year commencing from the 27th November, 1975;

Now. therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with su'b-section (2), of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regu- lation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby further extends the duration of the said Order upto the 26th November, 1976.
