New Delhi, the 11th November 1974
S.O. 675(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82B of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (Act IX of 1890), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Parmeshwar Dayal, Additional District Judge, Allahabad, 'as a whole time Claims Com- missioner to deal with all the claims arising out of the accident involving 14 DN Upper India Express near Manohnr Ganj Railway Station of Allahabad Division of Northern Railway on 31st October, 1974. His headquarters will be at Allahabad.
